This recognition means the world to us, not just because of what it says about our work, but because of who it comes from. It reflects the voices of the travelers we have had the privilege of guiding across Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, England, Ireland, and Scotland; travelers who trusted us to shape their journeys and then took the time to share their experiences with the world.  ## What This Award Means to Us  ## ![The TourTailors Commercial and Customer Experience Director smiling and holding the 2025 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award.](https://blog.tourtailors.com/hs-fs/hubfs/What%20This%20Award%20Means%20to%20Us%20-%20Pr%C3%A9mio%20TripAdvisor%20-%20p%20Blog%20post.jpg?width=690&height=460&name=What%20This%20Award%20Means%20to%20Us%20-%20Pr%C3%A9mio%20TripAdvisor%20-%20p%20Blog%20post.jpg) The TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice TourTailors award represents a symbol of trust. Based on consistently excellent TripAdvisor reviews from real travelers, it places TourTailors among the top-rated Europe travel agency options on TripAdvisor worldwide. It confirms that what we do matters: delivering tailor-made experiences with care, attention, and deep local insight. "I know this award is the result of the tireless work of a passionate team and the support of our local partners, with whom we craft truly memorable experiences", in the words of Vanessa Pinto, Commercial and Customer Experience Director of TourTailors. Each year we have received this award has been an honor, but reaching the 10th in 11 years is truly special. It affirms our ongoing commitment to quality, responsiveness, and the kind of personal service that transforms a trip into something unforgettable. And more than anything, it reinforces the bond we have built with a global community of curious and passionate travelers: a distinction we are proud to carry as a TourTailors Travelers’ Choice winner and one of the best-rated tour companies in Europe. "A special thank you to our suppliers and local partners, whose dedication and professionalism make each journey truly exceptional", adds Vanessa Pinto.   [![PORTUGAL TOP TO BOTTOM](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/8685489/interactive-189284608129.png)](https://blog.tourtailors.com/hs/cta/wi/redirect?encryptedPayload=AVxigLJ2Jm4uiw%2BPqtlBQGCYQf0%2BeL9%2FQmwX0ARjAeb9aK5HZu7Ubvea1Hwbx3pt3jRQ7lmogXO9e8kiPBjkRBAektWG2jM%2BPTKSLJYjqzoqbjtR3fqq0E6CdNI8Txzp5j2STuf%2F7vmK5tt5VTia%2BXfbyT1PCV5P%2B3OAKCyy74RANqZXSMsXwAxHnRkWlJk%2F2kO45haYmgShBTLI&webInteractiveContentId=189284608129&portalId=8685489) ## **What Our Clients Are Saying** ## ![A happy senior couple riding bicycles outdoors on a sunny day, enjoying a relaxed and joyful moment together.](https://blog.tourtailors.com/hs-fs/hubfs/10%20YEARS%20OF%20EXCELLENCE%20TOURTAILORS%20WINS%20TRIPADVISORS%20TRAVELERS%20CHOICE%20AWARD/What%20Our%20Clients%20Are%20Saying.jpg?width=690&height=460&name=What%20Our%20Clients%20Are%20Saying.jpg) Our TripAdvisor reviews tell a story, and it is written in your words.
